What We Work On
Safety comes first.
Then we work toward communication that doesn't immediately reload the fight, trust that is rebuilt through small and observable choices, and a relationship that has room for friendship and connection, not just schedules and responsibilities.
If betrayal has happened, repair requires more than an apology. If distance has taken over, reconnecting requires more than a date night.
We'll work on the pieces that make change possible.

You don't necessarily have to wait.
One motivated spouse can begin coaching and work on the part of the relationship that you can actually influence.
This is coaching; it’s action-oriented, not more talk therapy.
